How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Office Live Account
Change your Microsoft Office Live Basics account by following these steps:
1. Login into your Microsoft Office Live account using your administrator Office Live Id and password associated with it.
2. On the left navigation bar, click Add/Manage Services.
3. Click on the Help which is on the bottom right hand side of the page.
4. After clicking on Help a new window will open and then select “Modify your Microsoft Office Live Account”
5. Click on the “Upgrade or downgrade your account”
6. You will find three options which are mentioned below:
7. If you already have a Microsoft Office Live account but want to change your account, you can follow either of the following options:
·To change to an Office Live Essentials account, click Office Live Essentials Account.
·To change to an Office Live Premium account, click Office Live Premium Account.

8. If you have Microsoft Office Live Basics account and want to upgrade into Premium then click on the Premium link.
9. Now select the radio button for the relevant plan. 10. Click on save and continue and follow the complete process.
Now your account will be upgraded according to your selection.
